A scream shatters through the air. Glass shatters into intricate little pieces that litter the floor.
A frail body hits the ground with a thud. Shocks of pain race up and down bleeding veins. More glass brakes.

Won't you stop?

Bloody tears hit the floor. Pitter, patter. Legs wobbly try to stand only to be thrown across the room. A cry escapes a scared throat. Words, taunting and painful, run through dead ears. Neighbors hear but don't respond.

Don't you care?

So this is the end. That thought runs through a destroyed mind. Bowing her head, she lets a slight smile grace her features one last time. All thoughts stop. It's all over.

Can you hear that? Thats what a broken heart sounds like...Nothing at all.
